This is nice in my mountain home. I use it on a gas stove with spices (cinnamon, star anise, allspice etc.) to mull over and the whole House smells great. I was told to send the steam back, which I did, and I got a replacement very quickly. the handle was attached securely to the new steam and uninterrupted course. Great
