fits perfect on my Hearthstone insertion Clydesdale. mixes well. my shelf size is five one-fourth inch & & does not fit perfectly, no boss. a little pricey but Made in America by providing jobs for Americans, I like that. the only thing that surprised me was that you should not use the water for consumption, strictly to put moisture in the air. I guess I'll have to stick with the microwave for my tea.
